Horvath Insurance Consulting, Inc. is a Georgia-based healthcare consulting firm built on over a decade of real-world experience in Medicare, ACA, and group benefits.

Our founder, Peter Horvath, is also the owner of Horvath & Partners, where for over 10 years he has guided thousands of individuals and employers in understanding and navigating their healthcare options.

Peter has been a trusted advisor and educator in the insurance industry, helping clients anticipate and adapt to significant changes—such as those brought on by the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 and other healthcare reform efforts.

With Medicare and ACA rules evolving rapidly, especially around Creditable Coverage and coordination with employer plans, our firm was founded to provide clarity in this complex space. Employers and individuals alike need an expert who understands the law and its real-world consequences—and that is where we come in.
